Our client in New Orleans needs a contract Junior Compensation Analyst to assist in administering daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform job analysis and classification to ensure proposed salaries fall within prescribed pay grade ranges
- Interact with departmental representatives to obtain needed information, communicate policy, or relay instructions regarding next steps
- Participate in the preparation of spreadsheets or reports as needed
- Support electronic forms approval process and in the maintenance of related records
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in HR record keeping
- Working knowledge of compensation administration desired but not required
- Microsoft Office skills especially Word and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Good team player with ability to hit the ground running
